Jolien
Jolien is founder of and instructor at Fuse Pilates Studio and discovered Pilates during a time in her life when she was searching for more balance, both physically and mentally. What started as a personal journey quickly turned into a passion, leading her to earn her comprehensive Peak Pilates certification.
Leaving her corporate job behind, she decided to pour her heart into this next chapter: creating a space where movement, energy, and connection come together.
Jolien will welcome you with warmth, guide you with energy, and give every class her full attention to ensure you feel seen.
Her mission? To motivate, to inspire, and most importantly, to make you feel good in your own body.
Anouk
Meet Anouk, known for early mornings and spicy classes. For her, pilates is the perfect way to start the day: shutting out the outside world, finding focus, and connecting with herself.
Pilates has taught her that you’re capable of more than you realize. It taught her that if you put your mind to it, you can. That’s exactly what she wants to share: confidence through movement. In her classes, flow and positivity are key.
Anouk sees pilates as a lifestyle that brings both balance and energy. She focuses on creating a natural flow and keeping the atmosphere light and positive. Her goal? To empower you, so you leave each session feeling stronger and more confident.


Nadia
Meet Nadia, where strength meets control. With a lifelong love for sport and health, Nadia brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the studio. After earning her master’s degree in Physical Education, she combined teaching dance and fitness with a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Her interest in pilates kept growing, inspired by her belief in a healthy mind in a healthy body. That’s why she started the Polestar Pilates Instructor training, so she can share how pilates builds a stronger core, improves flexibility, and brings focus and energy into everyday life.
In her classes, Nadia combines knowledge with passion, creating a supportive space where you can challenge yourself and grow, both physically and mentally.
Britt
Always on the move and full of enthusiasm, that’s Britt in a nutshell.
Next to her full-time job in logistics, she loves pushing herself and getting the most out of every day.
Pilates is her happy place. No matter how busy life gets, once she’s on the reformer, everything clicks. Since discovering Pilates, she’s never felt stronger, and she can’t wait to share that feeling with you.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants, planning future trips or spending time with the people she loves.
Her classes? A blend of strength, calmness and control. Her goal is for you to feel empowered, balanced and good in your body.


Eline
Strength, discipline and a passion for classical Pilates, that’s Eline!
With a background as a competitive swimmer, Eline found her way to Pilates through her own injury journey. Years of high-level sports taught her focus, body awareness and discipline, but also the importance of training in a smart and sustainable way.
Pilates became her way to rebuild strength and reconnect with her body in a safe way. What started as a solution quickly grew into a true passion. Inspired by its impact, she completed her first teacher training, followed shortly by a second.
Eline has a strong foundation in classical Pilates and stays true to the fundamentals, adding a modern touch to keep her classes dynamic and challenging. In her sessions, control, precision and quality of movement are key.
Marissa
Meet Marissa, where strength, control and intensity come together.
For her, Pilates is more than a workout, it’s a way to build a strong, powerful body while staying connected to how you move and feel.
In her classes, Marissa combines intensity with precision and a touch of spice. She challenges you to grow stronger, with a strong focus on proper execution and control.
