How do I book a class?

Booking a class is easy!

  1. Go to our booking platform and create an account.

  2. Purchase credits via the “Shop” button.

  3. Check our full schedule under “Agenda” and book your class.

  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your spot is reserved—don’t forget to add it to your calendar!

Good to know:

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before class.

  • If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend starting with a All levels / Beginners class. Mat classes are open to all levels.

  • Private sessions (individual, duo, or trio) can only be booked via info@fusepilates.be.

  • You can also book directly from the class schedule by clicking “Book,” which will take you to immediate payment.

I’m new, what do I need to know?

We recommend arriving a little earlier so the instructor can give you a quick introduction and you can settle in comfortably.
All you need is a water bottle, your favorite workout set, and anti-slip socks. These are required for hygiene and safety reasons. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio before class.

When is the schedule available?

Our schedule is always open one month in advance, so you can plan your classes up to 30 days ahead.

What’s the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your class free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, and your credit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel later or don’t show up, we unfortunately can’t refund your credit, as a spot was reserved for you. If this happens, we kindly ask you to still cancel your booking so another client can take your place.

I’ve never done Pilates. Can I join a class?

Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly reformer classes. If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend starting with an All levels / Beginners class. These sessions move at a slower pace and focus on the fundamentals, helping you feel confident and comfortable as you learn the basics.

We also offer Gentle classes. These are slower-paced sessions inspired by classical Pilates, ideal if you haven’t exercised in a while, are recovering from an injury or pregnancy, experience back or neck pain, or simply prefer a calmer approach. The focus is on gradual strength building, posture, mobility, and personal guidance.

Our mat classes are accessible for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

I’m on the waitlist. What can I expect?

Joining the waitlist lets us know you’re interested in joining the class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist so your credit isn’t charged unnecessarily.
If a spot becomes available, you’ll automatically be added to the class and notified by email. Your credit will then be applied, and you’ll be expected to attend.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to get ready, and for first-timers, it’s especially helpful so we can explain how the equipment works (especially for reformer classes).
To respect everyone’s experience, we can’t allow entry more than 5 minutes after class begins. Arriving early helps you make the most of your session.

What is the difference between an All levels / Beginners class and a Gentle class?

The main difference lies in the pace, intensity, and focus of the class.

All levels / Beginners
This is a more accessible version of our regular classes.
The pace is slightly slower, more complex variations are simplified, and there is more room for explanation and short stretch moments.
However, the class remains dynamic and challenging, with the creative flows you’ll recognize from our other sessions.

Gentle
This is a slower and more supportive type of class.
The focus is on mobility, gradually building strength, and learning the fundamentals of pilates.
The pace is lower, with a strong emphasis on correct execution and personal guidance.
These classes are ideal if you haven’t exercised in a while, are recovering from an injury, experience issues such as lower back pain, or simply prefer a calmer pace.

I’m pregnant. Can I join classes?

That depends on your personal situation and health, so we recommend checking with your doctor first to make sure it’s safe for you and your baby.

If your doctor gives you the green light, you’re welcome to join our classes during the first trimester (up to approximately 4 months of pregnancy). Since Pilates often focuses on the deep core muscles, we limit participation beyond this stage.

While we don’t offer pregnancy-specific sessions, our instructors will suggest modifications and let you know which movements to avoid. Please mention your pregnancy before class so we can guide you safely and with care.

How does the coffee bar work?

Our coffee bar works on a self-service basis. You can grab a coffee, matcha, or drink from the fridge by simply scanning the QR code above it.
We trust our community to use this system fairly and respectfully, so that everyone can enjoy it.

Are there showers?

Yes! We have one private shower, fully equipped with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and more. In this way, you can leave the studio refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Is there parking near the studio?

We don’t have private parking, but the studio is located in a blue zone. This means you can park for free in the surrounding streets, with a limited parking time.
From Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 and 20:00, a parking disc is required and the maximum parking duration is 2 hours.

If you’re coming by public transport, there’s a bus stop right near the studio, and Mechelen train station is just a 15-minute walk away.
