Build muscle & strength and create more definition & resilience

Fuse Strength Club
Strength training, the Fuse way.
Our small-group strength classes are designed to help you build muscle, gain strength and create more definition, while becoming stronger and more resilient in everyday life.
Using weights and functional movements, we train your whole body through intentional, progressive programming, combining visible results with the benefits of strength training, for now and for the year ahead.
Each class is a full-body strength workout built around effective exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.
Expect a combination of strength, stability and functional movement, with a strong focus on technique and controlled execution.
With a maximum of 8 people per class, there is plenty of room for personal corrections and guidance. Exercises can be adapted to your level, while still giving you the challenge you need to progress.
Our goal is to make strength training effective, challenging and accessible, in the warm and supportive setting you know from Fuse.
Strength training doesn’t only change how strong you feel, it can change how your body looks, moves and performs.
Building muscle helps create more definition and a strong, toned look, while supporting healthy metabolism and body composition.
At the same time, strength training helps build stronger bones and joints, better everyday function and long-term physical resilience, so you’re not only training for how you want to look and feel today, but for the body you want to have for years to come.
And there’s something powerful about feeling stronger and more capable in your own body. As you progress, lift heavier and discover what your body can do, strength training can build confidence both inside and outside the studio.
Build muscle. Build strength. Build resilience.
Fuse Strength Club is ladies only and designed for women who want to become stronger, build muscle and feel more confident in their body, all in a supportive, small-group environment.
You don’t need any previous strength training experience. Our instructors guide you through every movement; help you choose the right weights and adapt exercises where needed.
Whether strength training is completely new to you or already part of your routine, you train at your own level and progressively build from there.

The conversation isn’t Pilates or strength training anymore. It can both.
Pilates builds control, balance, mobility and core strength. Strength training adds muscle, definition, power and resilience, while supporting your metabolism, bones and joints.
Together, they help you move better, look stronger and stay strong for the long run.
